This course is designed for Aaxel Insurance Brokers employees involved in quoting, reviewing, binding, uploading, or servicing personal automobile and habitational insurance policies.
The course explains how to:
- Review automobile and property applications before binding.
- Identify missing, inconsistent, or conflicting information.
- Verify addresses, ownership, driver history, insurance history, claims, convictions, vehicle usage, and property exposures.
- Collect and retain the required supporting documentation.
- Recognize situations requiring insurer or underwriter approval.
- Record clear underwriting notes.
- Enter policies correctly into the Aaxel BMS.
- Complete policy uploads without billing, banking, premium, coding, or documentation errors.
