Our expectations are very limited. We expect you to question us now if you have any otherwise here is what we expect:
- Full time: this is a full time commitment and there is no other options.
- Your system: If you are an employee we supply you computer system but if you are an contracted broker you have to have a laptop and or desktop which is acceptable to our IT department.
- System needs to windows system only.
- Password protected and
- You cannot give access to any family member to this system.
- Business: We don’t expect much but $400,000 GWP in first year. Business needs to be meeting our expectations and following all our business protocols.
- Dress Code: Business casual unless otherwise specified for any specific event.
- Business Timing: We work 9 to 5 Monday to Friday.
- If you are an employee:
- you must leave enough time to avoid any rush or unexpected event to reach on time. Give yourself enough time to reach office 10 minutes earlier.
- If you are a broker, You work on your own schedule but
- You must answer all customer calls and emails.
- We need to know in advance if you are going away. we are going to bill you $45 per hour to service your clients.
- If you are away and we write your policy you will not get commission for this term and let us know to transfer this policy to your code before renewal.
